  • Orders are accepted only from customers within India.

3. Products & Orders

  • All our food products are made fresh after order confirmation.

  • Some products may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable.

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items are accepted depending on the product.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment (except when Cash on Delivery is offered).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through PhonePe Business.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available after 3 months of operation.

  • All transactions are processed securely via a third-party payment gateway.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting customer support.

  • After that period, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Usage Restrictions

  • Reselling of our food products is strictly prohibited.

  • All content, branding, logos, and product packaging are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from us, you agree:

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions due to the ingredients used. Please read product descriptions carefully.

  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines if delays occur due to courier/logistics providers.

  • As we prepare food post-order, product damage due to customer mishandling or storage is not our responsibility.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our site or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
