We strive to offer fresh, hygienic, and soulfully prepared food. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or tampered packaging

Expired or unfit product delivered
To be eligible, please notify us within 2 days of delivery along with photo/video proof.
3. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
Alternatively, store credits or coupons may be offered in select cases.
